Island Club Apartments

It's.. alright. Expensive for the area but the apartments are big and fairly nice. There is dog feces on almost every green patch in the entire complex. They removed 2 of 3 hot tubs under the guise of renovations for the pool. You could do better, you could do worse. Office and maintenance staff is helpful, at least.

Honestly loved living here for the past year and a half. These people made the move-in process easy, any maintenance issues were easy, and everybody around here is really respectful of space. There was one incident of a Jr Marine getting their car stolen in the uncovered spaces but really that’s been about it. I’ll definitely say that if you want a ton of guests over your place past 6, you can’t have them park in the spaces which sucks because they WILL get towed. 9pm on weekdays seems more reasonable and 11pm on weekends. Tbh I enjoy the quiet than bringing people over so this place is great for people who are mindful. I want to update my answer and state that the maintenance went above and beyond. I want to point out Marlon specifically. This guy was always beyond professional, quick

We love our new place. I wasn’t even going to apply but Karla was super helpful and patient. It’s week one here and so far no complaints. The community is well kept, and there are lots of amenities. We have the one bedroom with washer and dryer. It’s on the smaller side but very cozy for a two. Thank you for all your help Karla. We truly appreciate your time, effort, and professionalism.

The place is nice, there is a couple noises at night, but not for too long so I am fine with that. Overall, is a pretty quiet place and I can concentrate really well with my college courses. I live upstairs, so my recommendation is if you do not want to hear footsteps I recommend you to live upstairs. I requested maintenance in the Resident portal the night before and they fixed it the day after! Once I arrived home, everything was fixed.So far, I recommend this place for sure. Compare to other apartments is a lot nicer.

LOUD AND WAY TOO MANY CAR BREAK- INS. For when the damage control response team tries to reply, I have spoken with several would be new tenants and saved them from the inevitable nightmare that would ensue by signing here. The noise. There are several residents complaining about people with loud music in either their apartment or their car, and honestly these complaints are justified. It would be 3 or 4 in the morning on a Wednesday, and you can hear the loud music base from pretty much the opposite side of the complex, and then people yelling or fighting out in the parking lot, airing out their problems to the rest of the complex.
