Great Place to Call Home – Ironwood Apartments, Livermore I’ve had a very positive experience living at Ironwood Apartments in Livermore. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to. The grounds are clean and nicely landscaped, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled promptly and professionally. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping the property in good shape. The location is also a big plus—close to shopping, dining, and major freeways, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, Ironwood Apartments offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I’m happy living

I am writing this to warn anyone considering moving to Ironwood Apartments. The management here, specifically Sapna Goel and Kayal Elizondo, are completely negligent and have zero regard for their residents. Recently, management authorized a tow of my vehicle from my assigned parking spot simply because of an expired tag. Here is why this is unacceptable: Prior Communication: We emailed management multiple times—both before we moved in and again six months later—explicitly informing them that this vehicle was non-operational (Non-Op). They had this information on file. Zero Warning: Despite having our contact information and our previous emails, they failed to send any courtesy notice or communication before authorizing the tow. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!! Ironwood management, both Sapna and Kayla illegally authorized to tow our vehicle yesterday which was properly parked in our parking spot. It was a non-op vehicle and was not obstructing anyone's way. We pay our rent on time and the lack of communication and lack of accountability is not acceptable. We have written communication to the leasing office that we have a vehicle rightfully parked in our parking space and they decided to place a sticker on the vehicle as notice. A Notice of Tow should have been addressed to us before proceeding with this tow.

Ironwood was not my first choice. But boy am I glad that I rented here! Staff is superlative. Noah at the front desk is courteous and informed. Any time I had a mix-up with a previous occupant's mail he is there, ready to help before I even walk in the door. David and Ike, two of the maintenance crew have been eager to jump on any task thrown at them. If you need something fixed, you can count on those guys, even if it's just an inquiry. They're both professional and hold their work to eminent standards. This is doubled with the easy-to-use app to submit maintenance requests, pay rent or even create an authorized entrant. Poorly handled a situation with one of our neighbors. I will encourage them to contact corporate to report the predatory behavior Kayla and Sapna authorized. I witnessed them talk over a concerned resident without providing any resolution “the lease states… we put a sticker as notification”. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
