My experience with HomeGuard was deeply disappointing and frustrating. We bought a home for which they had completed inspection and we got them to work on fixing the issues. Big mistake! They contract the work out to BAD contractors and overcharge you. The quality of work, invoicing, and customer service were all unacceptable. 1.Shoddy Workmanship: The repairs were poorly executed and incomplete, often causing more issues than they resolved. They will do absolutely shoddy work and claim that things are complete per their work orders. Your house will lose value because of their work. 2.Incorrect Invoices: I was billed for work that was not finished or not done correctly, requiring significant effort to dispute the charges. I requested a home inspection from the HomeGuard company. They arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection. When I needed a re-inspection, they promptly returned. I requested that the inspector discuss his findings with my contractor, and he took his time to do so. He demonstrated great respect and knowledge. I will definitely work with them again if I ever need another home inspection.

Tomas, who did the inspection service, was very patient and thorough. He listened to our concerns and indeed spent sufficient time inspecting those areas. The inspection report was clear with a good amount of details to help us move forward. Highly recommended!
