The newer maintenance guy Polo is amazing! He is very kind and professional and always explains what’s going on with the jobs he’s working on step by step. I reported a mold issue to last maintenance guy Anthony and all he did was take pictures and I never saw him again. Polo came in, saw the mold, and immediately took action. Thanks for being on top of this project and taking my maintenance issue seriously!

Such a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Mirynda in the leasing office has been very helpful from my application, move in, and my lease renewal. 10/10 highly recommend.

Maralisa Meadows up until 18 months ago, had been a decent place to live. Currently, the complex and the apartment manager have been subpar if not below that. There have been cars stolen as well as personal property off of the grounds. Due in part for the delay in fixing the entry gate. Which still to this day is not 100% operational. During that day and others (flooding, HVAC issues) the apartment manager is nowhere to be found. It has been months since our mailboxes have been un operational. She applies confusing rules to others but disregards them for herself. We can only hope that the owners are unaware of this situation. There are currently a few vacancies. That tells a lot in and of its self.

I am extremely pleased with not only the property but as well with leasing manager of the property. The property is fantastic - well-maintained, clean, and great amenities. The properties leasing manager Mirynda Acosta has played a significant role in making my experience here wonderful. She's incredibly kind, understanding, and always there when we need her assistance. Her ability to get things done promptly has been a major asset in ensuring a smooth transition into this lovely property as well as a transfer into another unit. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease here, thanks in no small part to the exceptional leasing manager.

Great work again! The technician was really thoughtful and efficient -- he cleared my bathroom sink. And explained what went wrong and why it was plugged up. And he neatly put everything back under the sink. Service with a smile -- literally. Can't say enough.
