Iron Point Apartments

I was attempting to get an apartment here, but they are VERY disorganized. Not to mention, nobody is ever there. Nobody answers the phone. Our moving date out of our current apartment is May 1st. We started here with our apartment search in February. We had 3 appointments with them between the months of February & April. The first one, no show. Took weeks to get anyone on the phone again. Second one, no show. Tried to gaslight me into thinking I “had the wrong date”. When I had her on speaker, and my boyfriend also heard the date I was originally there for. Called and rebooked, and cancelled on us for the third appointment. :D

I have been trying to contact them to schedule a tour for the past few weeks. Nobody answers calls or even reaches out when you put your information in the box for scheduling a tour. Its very unprofessional especially because you would think they would want to rent their apartments out with the amount they have currently available

In this apartment, I had seen the WORST PROPERTY MANAGER every in my life. I wish I can give '0' ZERO rating for this Apartment. She is very rude to the tenants not just with our family but I heard the same from our neighbors. Things will never get done if you are working with her. She will create a problem to you and your family in someway or the other. I have been staying in this apartment since it was opened after construction. Just because of this manager we moved out of this place recently. Previous property managers were professionals and make you feel this is your home but with this lady it is the opposite. Apartment is decent but if you have to deal anything with this women (Property Manager) then it will be a nightmare. There are many decent apartments with a professional managem

the apartments are nice, generally well-maintained, though we’ve had a slew of maintenance issues since being here (resolved timely). No issues with neighbors. however, whenever i have to speak to any of the employees or staff involved in management, i am met with some of the most rude, condescending, disengaged, disorganized and unprofessional conversations of my life, especially as a tenant.

Terrible place to live! Our Heater was broken during a deep freeze this winter. It took three days for someone to show up to fix it. Clearly these apartments were built quickly and cheaply. Floor boards constantly separating, cracks in ceilings , floor boards that are uneven and don't match up. Carpet would become moist around the Windows during rainstorms and started to smell of mold. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is a false sense of security . There are security cameras that don't stop people from breaking into cars . Questionable people breaking the lock on the door so their friends can come and go as they please. Parking is aweful, you can never find a spot. Would never live here again.
