Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. When we first moved in, we didn’t have air conditioning for three weeks in the middle of summer. The maintenance man would show up without the right parts, leave, and not come back for a week at a time. When it was finally fixed, they left two holes in the wall for weeks—and one is still unfinished months later. We also had a serious bat issue. I had bats in my room three separate times because the chimney wasn’t properly sealed. Despite repeatedly voicing my concerns, they never fixed it. I had to stuff a pillow and cardboard up there myself just to feel safe. The communication from the property management was awful. My roommate’s ceiling was leaking, and we weren’t even informed that a roofer had come to repair it—we only found out

Horrible management company. Hires my father for landscaping maintenance, doesn’t take his recommendations as far as weekly lawn care because they are not willing to pay more. He hasn’t been paid for any of the work he did this year beginning in March! Not to mention they always pay a month late, I bet that wouldn’t slide with the tenants

UPDATE: January 16, 2026 - I still haven’t gotten my deposit back. Still being ghosted, or when they do answer they try to guilt me for wanting MY MONEY back. This is absolutely theft at this point, as I don’t feel like they’re going to return the deposit. Unfortunately I can’t go though small claims either, their is no physical address listed, and no owners name. This is completely unacceptable. UPDATE: As of December 12, 2025 I still do not have my deposit back. I’m told “they’re checking” and then get ghosted. I moved out March 31, 2025. Took my money then tell me the house is rented already but took my money and have the nerve to say I'll help you with somewhere else not professional at all run run run while you still have your money in your pocket I wish I did . The Britney character say sorry it's all a scam . Run with the wind go find someone else these people are not even credited by the BBB learned that a bit to late . I posted 2 photos of the damages never repaired even after a year. The window keeps falling out on my kid and my girlfriend, hitting them in the head, for months. Eventually we had to go to the ER but luckily no concussion. It's been broken since I moved in and reported it. Also black mold has been growing all over because it flooded and zero water remediation except for some teenager shop vacuuming up some and he didn't even finish that. Our son has gotten so sick, missed so much school, had to go to the doctor many times before we just gave up on the many times we cleaned the wall AC and just put a new window unit in above it (the old one has just been taped off).
