Continental Title( Linda especially) always takes good care of me whether it be for my personal transactions or the transactions of my clients. The service I had from Lindsey at Continental title in Ladue has been the worst I have ever had. I was selling a property, I had to leave town and so I had asked 4 times to be given all the Documents before I left. Despite acknowledging that. Lindsey sent the doc after I left town where I was in a remote no or little internet access. so then it became my problem to figure out how to get the docs signed and back. We got that sorted out. then I asked several times to have money deposited in an account instead of being wired and that was also acknowledged and then she wired the funds. not really a big deal but it was clear that any of my requests were really too much to bother with. The closing did happen on time it cost me an extra $100 with all the extra things I had to do. Clearly that

I've done several deals through continental title and I've always had a great experience. Their Ladue office is the best of the lot. Latest deal closed recently and Eric and Jordin did a cracking job of dealing with the lack of professionalism on the other side. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Jay
