Wonderful experience dealing with Gladys Manion Real Estate and especially with Juli-Ann and Carol our agents. It was a complicated sale as we uncovered a few serious foundation issues related to the sale of our home. It took us over a year from the original listing to address them all but Juli- Ann and Carol stayed with us the whole way. Since our primary residence is in South Carolina, they were our eyes and ears locally and were extremely helpful in coordinating contractors, inspections, cleanings, furniture staging and many other tasks. I would highly recommend their services.

Cortney is absolutely the best. She worked with us for a year or two before we actually found the right house. We had not moved to Missouri yet but she continued to find houses to look at. We did a couple of FaceTime of a couple of houses. When we finally moved, then it was full time. She was very patient and knew if we did or didn’t like a house based on our facial expressions. She also knew if I was in a bad state of mind. I asked Cortney if she was frustrated with us but she wasn’t. It was great working with her and your company is very lucky to have her. It was worth the wait as we found the perfect home for us. We are both very happy in this home. Thank you!

Ford is an exceptional realtor and he made the process of selling our house seamless. Also, his marketing of our home added significant value to the purchase price. Specifically, the furniture staging and photography transformed a somewhat dated-looking home into something very upscale. He handles absolutely everything you could possibly need promptly and inexpensively, and with zero hassle. He "has a guy" for everything - painting, staging, photography, safe removal, chandelier removal, estate sales, inspections etc. and they all did a fantastic job. We received multiple offers right away and our house was under contract the first weekend it was listed and ultimately sold over the asking price. He personally handled over 30+ showings to interested buyers. His communication is excellent. W

I would not recommend this brokerage. I have been trying to present my offer on one of their listings for TWO days with the listing agent Keith Manzer and spoke to him over the phone trying to explain my offer when he told me he had 42 years of experience and simply hung up. He is the most unprofessional realtor I’ve experienced. The President of the brokerage called me and told me it was far fetched and that I should seek an attorney and a buyers agent to present my offer on a contract. No apologies for the unprofessionalism of his listing agent. Just fyi, you do not have to have a buyers agent or attorney to present an offer. I emailed a breakdown of the offer so they could see it in writing, and the offer is still not presented to the seller. What’s really far fetched is the listing age
