Where do I start. The day we moved in the yard was littered with trash, the back gate hanging off the hinges and then we open the door. Disgusting. Nothing was cleaned, the fridge was broken and infested with cockroaches that they just wanted to repair. 3 days without a fridge they finally opt for a new one. Day 1 I noticed scurrying in the walls and immediately called them and told them I think there's mice in the walls. Especially since one of the doors has chew marks. Nothing was done. Well about 2 weeks later I hear a bunch of squeaks and rustling around that wouldn't you know a huge rat at them. Mid day this chinchilla looking monster peaky around the corner to get the dog food. We had to pay for pest control. The master bedroom sinks half way in and the closet completely drops off.

My wife and I had a great experience during our 1 year lease at McKnight. The property was well maintained and we almost never had any reason to reach out to management but when we did Cara Barton did a great job of taking care of any issues and was timely in response.

I rented with them a couple years ago. My property manager was very friendly and willing to fix problems. However, there were lots of plumbing issues that took weeks to be fixed. We would use them again WITH CAUTION.
