I LOVE this management company. It has been 5 years now and they have done an outstanding job. The relief I feel is huge. They handle all of the stress of background checks, renter interactions, maintenance…. Everything! It’s a huge weight lifted knowing that they are on top of everything and I know my property is being taken care of, as well as caring for the people who live there and making sure they have what they need from me to live comfortably in that condo. We have had a very positive experience thus far working with invested property management. We have rented from both a private landlord and one with a management company previously. From quick property introductions and response times, connecting us with the tenants, and she gets our payment sent as soon as possible (typically within 2 weeks of our project, if not sooner). She is always so kind, personable, and attentative. You can tell her and her team really care for their tenants and try their hardest to get things done in a timely manner for them.
