Inverness Baytown Apartments

I currently live at these apartments, and I’m going to tell anybody who’s thinking about moving here to please rethink. There was a leak prior to moving in to these apartments, and I was told that that was taken care of before I moved in. That was in the middle of July 2024. Since then the roof has leaked on and off but last month, it started leaking again and literally a whole month, I reported to sleep several times, and the apartment manager, Kari Woodson maintenance up to the top of the building to brush water off the roof top but failed to send them inside of the apartment for the whole month so when they came in, they had to take down the drywall take out all the installation because it was saturated wet. After selling our Texas home and waiting for retirement. My husband and I rented a small 504 sq feet apt at The Inverness .It was so nice to find a safe place to live with very nice people on the low end of our budget. The 7 months we lived there are cars were never bothered. The maintenance fixed everything I called them about promptly.Kari (the manager) Was always great. She was always helping people. The pool was always clean and the plants we’re lovely!

Management team is amazing. Maintenance team is wonderful. Never an issue, never a complaint, never had a problem with any thing that was not immediately solved by Kari and her team. It's a very family-centric, child safe, engaging place to live. Have been here over a year with my wife and daughter and have still not had one problem, with the apartment, neighbors, grounds, manager, or ownership that is in Dallas, that has not been fixed, delicately handled, worked with, and/or promptly gotten to. I would recommend this complex for any one of my friends, family, or any one that is looking for a solid, quiet, beautiful place to live.

Living here has been such a pleasure. I feel safe, its quiet, and Kari is an amazing manager! Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The location ROCKS. (walking distance from Texas Ave., Walgreens, Library, Restaurants, & Lee College) My neighbors are friendly and the yard is always clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is racist. I have had money to move into one of their houses and they pass me up and give it to someone else. The woman Sue is a joke. She has no idea what she's doing and is slow processing paperwork. I had to call her to ask if I was approved days after I sent in my paperwork and she told me I was approved and that she would be in touch with me about one of their available houses. They have had two homes available for the past few weeks and I even had the money available to move into the homes but yet me and my husband were passed over and she gave the house to someone else who sent in their paperwork 2 weeks after us! I know this information because I know the family who moved into the house we were hoping to get. I am calling the news an
