Integrity Property Management

I hired Integrity Property Management in 2021 to manage my two duplexes in Anderson SC, trusting their promises of professionalism. Big mistake! Communication became impossible, requests were ignored, and financial errors were frequent! They still owe me for rent and fees! The staff showed no concern for me or my tenants. The word “Integrity” in their company name is completely misleading! I strongly advise property owners and tenants alike to avoid this company at all costs! Save yourself the frustration and financial loss! If I could have rated Integrity Property Management with “0” stars, I certainly would have done it!!! Please take my review in consideration before you consider doing business with them!

Michael and Liz did such a wonderful job helping me get into my rental home! They are such amazing people, and very helpful along my journey! Highly recommend choosing Integrity property management!

This company lives up to their name - Integrity. In these times that virtue often lacking. But not with this real estate group. Michael C., Michael H., and Elizabeth M. simply the greatest. Caring, open, professional, honest - good folks with genuine business, personal integrity.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Their office has been closed EVERY time I try to go when it is their normal business hours, and I have been unable to reach them via various emails, contact forms on their site, and calling different phone numbers from their site and property listings. Their inbox is always full so I can't even leave a voicemail, or the number isn’t operating anymore. I even tried to apply to their properties via Zillow to get them to actually reach out to me and I have received ZERO correspondence from them. Zillow shows my application as unopened. What is going on with this company? Don't list property if you can't even be contacted!
