I was interested in renting one of their apartments so I set up a viewing with Isabella, she was really nice and professional. After, Isabella informed me that I would need to have a zoom meeting with her boss, Dan. I am not sure what his last name is but I believe he is the principal of the company. Dan is a scam, he judged me, discriminated against me, and never listened to my side of the story, or investigated anything. There are always two sides to every story! DO NOT RENT from these guys. Dan was asking me very personal questions that were not even his business in the first place. Beware. Isabella understood the narrative and gave good feedback about me to Dan, he was just acting on personal feelings! Hope this helps the next.

I have worked with Dan and the team at Infante for 6 years now. The team at Infante has been great. The tenant feedback has been great. The repairs when the come up are done in a timely manner. Dan has great advice and assists in making the right decision for the property. Definitely a great team to work with!!!

I've had Infante Property Management managing my condo since I first moved out and decided to rent it. Best decision I made. They do everything for me, from collect and send rent (electronically), find quality tenants, keep rent at market rate, fix problems and coordinate with the condo association for all of the many other things that pop up that I don't want to deal with. It's always a pleasure when I do interact with them and I highly recommend them without hesitation.

As a landlord I'm new to Infante. So far I've been very happy with their professional, responsive, and flexible work ethic. I was with a different management company for 9 years and wish I had discovered Dan and his knowledgeable team years ago!
