I’m very happy with our experience regarding maintenance! Genaro has assisted us multiple times, every time he is able to come fix whatever we need fixed very quickly and when he works, he does so efficiently and he goes above and beyond! Every time that he’s helped us he’s been very kind and helpful!

Management made the move in process smooth and easy! However,cleaning wasn't done well when we moved in. A lot of dirty doors and cabinets had to be cleaned.

Genaro is amazing as always. He always gets the job done and does it well and goes over and beyond. He is the only one that puts shoe covers on when he enters the apartment which I love. It is super considerate he does that. Very nice and very professional. Will always recommend!

Genaro is always extremely helpful and friendly with any and all maintenance request we submit and often goes above and beyond to ensure that the maintenance is completed in a timely manner and up to date with all safety maintenance needed.

Once I got the call that my request was going to be taken care of, it wasn’t even 20 minutes later that I was told that my request was completed. Fast, efficient, and now the problem is gone. Thank you, Genaro, your work was excellent and I truly appreciate it!
