INCO Property Management & Sales

I love my apartment, however I am extremely disappointed with INCOs solutions focus on a reoccurring issue with our foyer. Homeless vagrants continue to sleep and set up camp in our foyer and INCO said the only solution is that I call the cops. This is not right. This is INCOs responsibility and I have reported them to the BBB with this now that it's been a repeated offense of nearly 20+ times.

Really bad company, made a prolonged period for renting the unit, stated their was some maintenance that needed to be done, turns out it (the unit) had roaches and didnt take care of it blamed tenants when old plumbing and scrappy walls with rust hidden by paint, and a Main door that left room for roaches to freely come in from the exterior drain. Never rent they increased prices each year and did nothing to improve the place.. deserves 0/5 stars

I am unsure how this company has ANY good reviews. Lived at one of their apartments and it was an absolute dive. When we moved in JOEL promised to have the baseboards and bathroom fixed. This never happened despite several requests. But honestly that is nothing compared to what we went through for the remainder of our time renting with Inco. The apartments we lived in had ROACHES and still has roaches. Trash in the hallways always...rent increasing drastically...Homeless people sleep in the laundry rooms and maintenance blow off appointments continuously. We had 2 apartment managers because they can't keep their staff. Living in an inco property is like living with slumlords... I've lived here for over 2 years, and management and maintenance have always been responsive. In my experience, they truly care about the property conditions and residents safety, but at the end of the day, we all have a responsibility to maintain respectable and lawful living standards. Even during challenging times, they’ve been understanding and willing to work with me, which I am grateful for. Their costs are very fair and reliable considering the market in Denver and especially other management companies or newer complexes that I've heard of.

This company was horrible to deal with. Was interested in touring an apartment and Joel was supposed to meet me there .. TWICE. He blew me off both times. While I was waiting, I spoke with a couple tenants who were outside smoking. They were honest when I asked them about their experience and told me to run basically. Apparently they've had roaches and bedbugs in the apartment building in the two years they lived there. The building was robbed..I guess people got in and began trying to break into people's units with guns. When I asked about security measures like the door codes, they said they do nothing. Half the time it doesn't even work. They also told me they had issues with Joel too and warned about rude office staff. I guess I got lucky that Joel never showed up .. I would never wan
