I've been storing here and love It! The staff is professional and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend 👌🏼The gate looks new and the property is secured. My things are safe.

My RV was broken into at one of IncaAztec Management, Inc.'s facilities. The person that broke into the RV entered the facility with an access code that opened the security gate. The person proceeded to damage the RV and unloaded thousands of dollars of items from it without anyone noticing. This is despite the fact that the incident occurred after 6am and the RV was parked directly in front of a monitored security camera. I have been trying to get the company to respond to my request for compensation for over a month and a half. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue amicably, the company's response is to be completely unresponsive. Businesses will without a doubt run into disputes with their customers. I would rate them a zero if I could.. I had insurance on the unit with the storage company that I paid every month with my unit payment.. my unit was broke into Sept 2021 and because the insurance company says there was no proof of forced entry, they would not pay for my stolen items.. I was told they had over 20 cameras on the property but was told they couldn't see any thing suspicious.. I was able to reach someone at Corporate by message that was supposed to have escalated my issue to higher up and would also work with them on this, it has been over 2 months and can't get any response from her... I am very disappointed in this company that a "secure" gated facility and lock on my unit was not enough to protect my items, some items I've had for 30+ years that can never be replaced.. Com
