Counting down the days until I move out. Currently live in Imperial Gardens Community. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They clearly need to update this apartment building; however, they have not done so. 1. Mice problem, which clearly is a reoccurring issue as I found traps on the top of my cabinets. 2. They paint over everything!! I mean everything, they clearly paint over something and call it good. 3. The bathroom outlet does not work. 4. Unsafe outlets in the living room. 5. One Bedroom door need excessive force to open. The wood is chipping, and the door seriously needs to be replaced. This was nothing that I did to cause this damage, they just don’t take pride in their buildings. 6. One of the bedrooms, the window needs excessive force to open as well. 7. The
Do not rent here. I moved in July 1st and discovered a mouse infestation mid august. I live on the 3rd floor… Property management sent an unlicensed maintenance tech to “resolve” it and he didn’t even set 1 trap nor did he plug the multiple holes in the wall that mice were getting in through. After multiple emails and calls, and a report to the health department, they finally sent a pest control company out over a week and a half later. Now there is a weeks long mitigation process to exterminate…this should have been done by property management before collecting money and moving people in to apartments that are not habitable. I’ve had multiple maintenance requests for issues in my apartment and it has only been 2 months. Highly recommend living elsewhere.
My boyfriend and I have been living at Imperial Gardens for about a year now and we are extremely happy here. The staff are EXCELLENT and we have never had to wait more than a few hours for a response to an inquiry or maintenance request. Everyone in the main office is professional, helpful, and go out of their way to help with any questions or issues. We were very nervous when we first started looking for places to live as this was our first time living on our own, but from start to finish Sheri at Imperial Gardens made the transition seamless and was there with an answer to the many questions we had, as were all of the office staff. The building itself is nice and quiet, and our neighbors are very polite and friendly. The apartment itself is a FANTASTIC deal for the amount of space and i
We have been living here since last 5 months. We had some concerns before moving here as we didn't find enough reviews. But our stay has been really pleasant. The management is responsive for any issues that we report. The property is well maintained and clean. Size of rooms is also pretty decent. Swimming pool is an add-on.
Dont bother staying here unless you have no choice. Management only cares about a bottom line. I had countless maintenance issues including not being able to use my shower for days at a time. Things would get "fixed", yet they either would be exactly the same (still broken), or broken within a few days because they were repaired so badly. Cockroaches and mice are present. Parking is fine, but they will tow you for parking in a spot that used to be a spot but isnt now even though the paint is still present on the ground. They will raise the rent on you every year. READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY. You have to submit written intent to move 90 days in advance. Every little thing imaginable they will charge you for. Childre run rampant daily. Toys are thrown around the grass areas. Women are scre
