Just wanted to share my very positive experience with Bonnie @ Icon Property Management: We came from out of state. Needed an emergency apartment for a short term lease (less than 6 months). It was a Saturday morning when I found out we needed to stay at a different place. Made many phone calls. Bonnie from Icon was able to fit me into her Saturday afternoon slot. We were shown 3 units. Found the one most suitable to our needs. Signed the lease. Received unit access code b4 8am the following morning. Very efficient. Bonnie, especially, was of tremendous help as I needed to fly out on Sunday morning to catch a flight. All these happened on the weekend. Bonnie could have blown us off or push us out until the following Monday. But she didn’t. Very helpful and professional. Highly recommend B

If I could give this dump 0 stars I would people are rude as heck first off. I lived in a apartment off Amsel years ago they took over and it was full of black mold and couldn't get any help from anybody. When we left they wouldn't give us our security deposit back because of a light fixure that was $25 dollars. We had everything cleaned when we left nothing was out of order at all but thinking of it now im sure they would've found something else other than that. Now that I see all these reviews they really need to do something to shut them down and fire every single one in that office. Thanks for all the health problems me and my kids have and thanks for making it that much harder to find a place without our deposit back. Karmas real you'll get what you deserve thanks for nothing. They really lie just to keep your deposit. They charged me a 550 cleaning fee and I left the house in good shape. I even did fence repair because they don’t want to fix anything. I lived there for over 10 years at least they should have split the cost because they want miss out on renting the house fast. They charged me 100 to bleach the basement said because of my dog. My dog never goes in the basement because it’s full of black mold. The mold has spread throughout the house and has caused my family and my dog allergies. So if you move on 1426 Shriver Ave your going to have mold issues and the house is a fire hazard. The basement leaks like a water faucet and the property management DONT want to fix anything. I should have taken my screen doors, fence post I repaired and everything else

I worked with Icon to manage my rental property and, while the team initially appeared professional, things changed once my tenant moved out. After investing in repairs and giving them more than six months to secure a new tenant, they were still unable to place anyone in the home yet continued charging monthly management fees. I ultimately switched to another realtor, and within just 13 days I had a new tenant and a rent check in hand. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with Icon’s results and responsiveness during the vacancy period.

First off let me state that we moved from out of state. When many other companies would not work with us because we were out of state, Icon worked with us to find a way to get us back here and close to family. We looked for over a year and finally found Icon and I am so grateful that we did. Our agent Bonnie truly went above and beyond to get us into our home. She was always available to answer any questions I had and no matter how many times I messaged her she responded quickly with the answers I needed. She was more than amazing, she is truly phenomenal! The application process and the signing of the lease was smooth and easy. Although we initially only did a video walk through the place is above our expectations! We love it!!! As soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home. I
