Management (Kelly) was very poor! Kelly is very Unprofessional and harassing to tenants. Maintenance slow but nice. Roach and mice infestation a lot. Don’t get under control. Would not recommend!!!

Definitely not worth the price. All of the outlets were loose and anything plugged in would fall out. Way to many issues to even list. Take my word for it.

Worst complex ever leased from. Management is unprofessional and doesn't keep track of their own files properly. When getting information for the lease was given at least 10 different amounts of what it would cost. When actually moving in was given another 5 different prices of what it would cost. Allows children to play with water pipes around the apartment, vandalism, constant water leaking from pipes, moved into apartment claiming it would be ready for move in and noticed about an inch between the carpet and wall, noticed they didn't even remove holes in the wall just painted over them, nail still sitting in wall just painted over, no handle on the screen door, nails just hanging out on the patio, shower not cleaned, mirror not cleaned just painted over for who knows why, cabinet just h

Lived here for a year, be sure to be there when maintenance is there working on stuff in your apartment. I came home with pee all over my toilet seat and when I lifted my toilet seat up there was pee all over there too every single time after I put in a request. (I had no male living with me either) Apartment had a weird dull scent to it (smelt like old basement/musty) wouldn’t be surprised if there was mold in it. had to wash allll my clothes and blankets etc because it was so horrible everyone can smell it on me. Shady people live here. Heard from my friends that lived here that multiple cars get broken into. Some homeless people would live in their cars too. Dog poop everywhere you look.

This was my first apartment when I moved to KS. It was a rushed job but I dealt with it. The reviews are correct there are constant bug problems. I have roaches, ants, and spider problems that were never really resolved. Also had a lot of water issues. I'm a pretty simple person but the office manager is one of the rudest people I met. All she ever cared about was a neighbors weed complaint and kept targeting me over it despite the fact I also made a complaint. She even went as far to tell me if it's not you you shouldn't feel offended. Yet you keep calling and emailing me directly over it when I'm simply calling to get my own issue resolved. I paid $1250 in rent for these painted over apartments not to mention constant issues with homeless people eating sleeping and stealing constantly.
