Absolutely beautiful place! Along with amazing staff that is supportive and willing to go to the ends of the earth to ensure you are comfortable and any and all needs are met. Great job Huntington wood!

My name is Chris. I stayed at Huntington Woods for a year. Ashley and Shelby handled all the needs of the apartments with , care, patience, professionalism and they always had extra activities for the residents. This was a very pleasant stay for me. I am grateful.

My boyfriend and I are looking for our first apartment and we made an appointment to see one of the units here, but nobody received us and the office doors are locked. Ashleigh had an attitude on the phone because we both work full time and Saturday was the only option for us and I was nice enough, despite her attitude, to let her choose the time so it could be the most convenient for them. The appointment was for 10am, we got here at 9:50am and are now still sitting here at 10:22am. How unprofessional! It's safe to say that we will not be submitting an application to Huntington Woods.

Do not rent here unless you have literally no other choice. The apartments are livable UNLESS you need anything. The office is closed and locked, and they do not answer the phone or call you back. If you put in a maintenance request, it will be 4-5 business days before someone comes out to fix it. I once got an eviction notice (despite paying my bill, it was a mistake on their end) and called the office 8 times over the next 4 days (Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday) and finally on Tuesday got a call back. I asked why they hadn't answered, and she said she went on vacation, so the office was just empty for that entire week and no one could have reached her. Ashley is sweet, but bizarrely incompetent and also just doesn't care, and it shows.

I absolutely love my apartment and after living here a year, I just renewed my lease. Management is excellent and the maintenance staff is polite, hard working and quick to make repairs. My apartment was newly remodeled before I moved in, professionally cleaned (including the carpeting) and bug-free. The closets are spacious and plentiful. Orkin comes through several times a year to check the apartment complex for insects and sprays when needed, although I have never had a problem with bugs. I suppose people who do not keep their units clean and tidy can't say the same, but they are responsible for their own personal habits and the ramifications thereof. People who turn their apartments into garbage heaps will eventually have an insect problem. The grounds at Huntington Woods are
