Hunter's Pointe Townhomes

Usually I never leave reviews, but this place deserves the highest rating and praise. We lived in this apartment for six months, and would have lived much longer but we bought our own home. This is a wonderful and quiet place, a beautiful area of ​​​​Medina. Inside the apartment is renovated, new plumbing, flooring and kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, outside there is a pool. It is quiet and green around, deer, bunnies and squirrels, just wonderful. I want to say a huge thank you to the management and service team. Any of our requests were resolved instantly and efficiently. They do everything for your comfortable life here. In winter, they removed snow and cleared the sidewalks very quickly, in the fall they removed leaves and mowed the lawn in the summer. Order and peace always reign in

I’ve lived here for almost 6 months and absolutely love it. Quiet neighbors, nicely remodeled unit, and I’m excited to use the pool this summer. Also pet friendly! My little buddy loves it here too!

Very nice town homes, more independent than typical apartments. Pet friendly and recently renovated pool area. Located in a friendly well kept neighborhood with multiple parks within walking distance-including two playgrounds and pavilion areas. Great location from the square.

If I could give 10 stars for Dani at Hunter's Chase, I would. Excellent. Kind. Informative. Quick to respond. More helpful than anyone I've met doing this type of job. Even if I do not move there, she is exceptional.

Horrible landlord. Keeps coming after us for money we do not owe. We had maintenance man look over the place before we left. He said all was good. Then they are trying to say we left it unclean. Also trying to get more rent from us after we moved out. Have proof all was paid.
