Hunter's Landing Apartments

I am a tenant at another apartment complex managed by Keystone Management. I have been here for 4 years now. Keystone is one of if not the best management company in New Bern for your housing needs. The rent is reasonable for 2-3 bedroom apartments in the area and their staff is top notch. I have never had a major problem in the 4 years at my apartment. They are so attentive to concerns and your needs as a tenant. Amanda in particular goes above and beyond in anything you should need. She is a phenomenal asset to Keystone. My experience has always been 5 stars in everything required of me. If you’re looking to move to a new apartment I can easily recommend Keystone Management as the company you want to lease/rent from at any of their properties.

I previously lived in this townhouse community and had a really positive experience. The townhouse itself was very nice, well-kept, and comfortable to live in. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was addressed quickly and resolved without any hassle. At one point, we experienced some bug issues due to hoarders living next door, but management handled it appropriately. Pest control came more frequently until the problem was completely resolved, which I really appreciated. Amanda was always helpful, responsive, and willing to listen to any concerns. It made a big difference knowing there was someone who genuinely cared and was there to help. Overall, I had a good experience living here and would recommend it to others. I’ve called one of there properties home for 3 years now, and never not once have they disappointed me in my stay here at there Kellum place location. Mrs.Amanda and all of the employees in the office and maintenance staff were always there to help and make things easier. I honestly hate moving away from this management company. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent one of there properties. I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars.

I stayed here for about 18 months ending in the summer of 25. Amanda the landlord was a pleasure to deal with. I believe i got what i was entitled to back out of my security deposit, never did I feel unsafe here. At one point my washer went out and it was replaced within 24 hours

I like it here. Been here going in 3 years. The front works with me and is understanding and kind. Ashley is awesome and i’ve recommended many of my siblings to live here. Maintenance completes tasks in a reasonable time frame and they always have a smile. Grateful for this place 💕💕
