These builders are awful and take zero pride in their craftsmanship. They simply want to throw the house up as quickly as possibly with zero quality control. Drywall throughout our entire house has nail pops and is very poorly installed, flooring is cheap trash, paint throughout the house is the cheapest quality paint they could find... and it all comes with a heavy price tag for cheap material and craftsmanship. I could keep going on but it isn't worth it, because they do nothing to remedy their poor work. Before purchasing from them I HIGHLY recommend bringing your own inspector to do your walkthrough. Anything that is not pointed out in the initial walkthrough will likely not ever be repaired by HH, and in our experience, when it is, it is "repaired" to even worse conditions.

Read reviews on their lack of skilled workmanship , lack of integrity and honesty and what apparently is pure greed. Also saw they misled public officials trying to relocate a pair of eagles from the property. They destroyed the nest ; were there eggs in the nest , will these symbols of the USA die ? They obviously don’t care! Find better humans to build your home!

Staff very unprofessional. Just want you to sign the contract as quickly as possible so they can rob you of your hard earned money and in return, you get a poorly built home and nothing but headaches. There are many more qualified and skillful builders with more integrity out there.

On-site agent agent was phenomenal. When it comes to new construction homes, their standards are exceptional. Homes settle, you walk your new home without the weight of furniture so, of course nail pops are going to happen.... that will happen with a 10 million dollar property also. Great product

I have lived in my home now for 3 years and since the beginning I have had nothing but problems. And for the life of me how can you sell a home with only one year warranty. When you buy a car of the lot it has at least a 100,000 miles warranty on it. Hughston homes is trash I will be selling asap. And I would not recommend a squirrel to buy or live in there homes. From plumbing, hvac, electrical, flooring issues and etc. this is insane 6 major issues in 3 years span and no help from them. Do not buy from these people unless you just wanna be scammed.
