Please, if you're thinking of renting an apartment, please don't go here. All they care about is the rent. The lawn is never mowed; there are snakes everywhere. Snow removal is always chaotic; people fall everywhere trying to get to their cars. The kitchen cabinets have never been replaced. They look 20 years old. The refrigerator, on the other hand, looks 15. I have problems with the fridge: one day my food is perfectly edible, the next day it's ruined because it's broken again. I've called them several times, but they only sent someone after I threatened to call the health department. A few minutes later, it's working… a second later, it's broken again. All smiles until you sign the lease. I began receiving harassing calls from the NCC Business Services Collection Agency in 2018 and shortly afterward a negative report was placed on my credit report. Finewell companies failed to provide written notice of any balance due or an itemized list of damages to explain the charges. I did not receive a security deposit back upon moving out with no explanation. Finewell Realty has poor management and living arraignment. During the lease, I was forced to move from multiple units due to an infestation of roaches, mold, and mushrooms growing out of the floor.

The washing machines don't work, whenever something is broken, takes forever to fix it. Bad service overall
