Hudson Preserve

We were so grateful to call this apartment home for 2.5 years!! We always felt safe, management was always so kind, and we loved our space. We never had any issues here aside from the hot water tank (not their fault- it happens) but maintenance was at our door within 5 minutes of our phone call and the whole situation was resolved in under an hour. A great neighborhood to walk, enjoy the pool, and even the small lending library was super cool. We love Hudson preserve and honestly wouldn’t have left if we didn’t move out of state. Thank you Matt & Leah for a great few years here!!

We had an amazing year living at Hudson Preserve. From day one, we always felt completely safe here. Our kids could go outside to play, and we would even leave the door slightly open so they could come back in without us needing to go down—this is how secure we felt. The streets are beautifully lit at night by the lights in front of every door. Honestly, I’ve never seen another community in the area this bright and welcoming in the evenings. It reminded us of what we were used to, and having that here was wonderful. There were nights when my spouse and I took walks around the community at midnight and always felt safe. The surroundings are beautiful—seeing deer, rabbits, and squirrels around the property was such a joy. Our neighbors were amazing too. We feel so lucky to have met such kin

If i could leave 0 stars for this “luxurious” excuse of a housing complex I would. Where to even begin. First off, I’ve seen better water pressure in a puddle on the side of the road. The water takes at least 4 minutes to get hot. Next let’s talk about the god awful design of the parking lot and the road in the complex. I’ve been almost hit by someone speeding through there at least 3 or 4 times living there. So if you have kids or pets I’d seriously rethink moving in here. Next is the mold that was in my bathroom for MONTHS ON END. The front desk “lady”, who was never pleasant and condescending at all times, told me it was my responsibility to clean it. After filing a report with the police and reporting them to the building code enforcement they cleaned it….WITH BLEACH…if you know about

We have lived here for over a year and love it! Matt is very attentive and friendly, and is always willing to take the extra steps to make sure our needs are met. While the issues we have run into have been minor so far (i.e. the shelf in our refrigerator breaking), maintenance has been quick to respond every time. Eric, the guy who has fixed everything for us thus far, is cordial and knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to say hi to our cat, which is appreciated. While you do have to pay for water (as others have pointed out), internet is included, so everything evens out (we are actually paying less for water than we used to pay for internet at our old place).

Matt was amazing unfortunately we had gotten denied due to one thing the fraudulent bill that's one my credit from another apartment. Im being punished for that . Do not go here!!!! Nice place but boogie heartless people.karma to them
