This place does not care about the property at all The deck behind my apartment is falling apart Also the stairs are falling apartment. They fixed the stairs in the past but the guys just nail the same piece of rotted wood back on to fix it when they should replace the whole staircase in my opinion I guess their going to wait until someone falls down the stairs and they have a lawsuit on their hands DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE YOU'D BE BETTER OFF NEXT DOOR AT FENIMORE TRACE

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. The rent is atrocious for what you are provided. Maintenance is a joke and leaves your water damaged, moldy apartment for you to deal with yourself. The hallways constantly smell of cigarettes and marijuana. Crack, meth and heroin addicted neighbors are put on a pedestal over those who actually pay their rent. Bug infestations will take over your apartment within a week, and that is multiple different kinds. Rude and loud neighbors are not dealt with. The pool is never clean and neither are any of the other facilities. I’m not sure if they have a relationship with Fenimore Trace, but the exact same with them as well. You will not receive your security deposit back no matter what condition you leave your apartment in. I will post t

The lady in the office just sat there and was unwelcoming. I left without seeing the apartment. I would not want to live here. Hire someone else.

The lady in the office with the grown out roots and red hair was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I had an appt to view a 2 bedroom apt. She claimed she was not advised by her coworker that I was coming. She couldn’t find the keys to the 2 bedroom so she showed me a 1 bedroom instead. The hallways were dirty and reeked of marijuana and smoke. From the moment I walked into the office the vibe was very off. I could not imagine having to deal with this unprofessionalism if I were a tenant. As a potential tenant, my experience was awful. Based off of this, I would not recommend this place or this office to anyone.

My experience here has been great the past year! Previous management was very shady, but the current property manager and maintenance team care about this complex and its residents. There are lots of (positive!) renovations going on inside and outside the buildings as well-- they were just putting on new roofs the other day! I wish I could stay. Highly recommend!
