I tried to sell and or lease commercial property in Saratoga County and lease a house in Glenmont, two separate individuals, don't waste your time they try to tell you your property is not worth what it is and they don't do any analysis to give to you, and they want the entire interest on a lease paid up front which is outright ridiculous, much worse than USA realty who was pretty bad. I'll never waste my time with him again, and I know it's not the agents it's the company telling them what to do, terrible business.
