I’ve lived here for 3 years. It’s cheap. But that’s about it. Changing the name isn’t going to do anything to fix the years of mismanagement, leaky pipes, drafty windows, black mold, and bedbugs I’ve experienced while living here.

This is windfield apartments, they just changed name to reset the 1.2 overall rate it had.
