Once the crowning jewel of Maricopa has gone downhill with the new management. Don't let them find out you are/were military or they will do everything in their power to push you out, even resort to lying. All in the name of greed to make sure none of the apartments are rent controlled anymore. Avoid this place at all cost if you want to have a stable place to live.
I liked it here in the beginning but lately things have gotten bad, no gas in grills to cook, dog park garbage is over flowing. It just seems it has lacked attention in the last couple months.
