I toured the property today with Savannah, and she was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was warm, knowledgeable, and very professional. She answered every question clearly, walked me through the application process, and gave me a great understanding of the community and amenities. Things were bumpy here in the beginning but ever since Elmington Properties took over there's been a ton of change for the better. The most notable is the maintenance team, Kip, Quin and Devon have been nothing short of amazing. We used to have to wait months to get simple things repaired and even then repaired poorly, but since they joined on there hasn't been a time when they didn't come same day and fix the issue and its actually fixed properly. They've been maintaining the grounds as well and even going out of their way to clean up around the trash cans if people leave stuff on the side. Its been a dramatic improvement since those 3 started.
