Hometown Harbor Apartments

Do not rent from home town harbor. Extremely unprofessional manager, will hold deposit even though you cleaned spotless. Had mail stolen and opened from another tenant and even though we have cameras never said a word to her or pulled cameras. They take two days to shovel or snowplow and almost never salt my mom had fallen and gotten hurt and they didn’t do anything. They will charge you for extra parking passes even though there is not enough room for parking for the tenants now and you’re forced to park on the street. The appliances are half assed and do not work and they won’t replace them until they completely die instead of fixing it before it’s a complete problem. Save yourself from the hassle of the manager, do NOT move here.

Paul does not answer his phone and I have documented him saying he would not fix a leak in 2nd floor apartment, hope the property is fine with tens of thousands of damages to both top and bottom apartment. My notice has been put in and we left early not to deal with such a awful place

We went to hometown harbor apts. Paul said he was going to give us an apt just like that and said we had to get rid of our 2 service animals in order to move in!! That is extremely illegal and I'm very disappointed. Yet there were other animals there!! This is just absolutely ridiculous and I will be in contact with my attorney on this!!

Hometown Harbor is a great place to live, the owners are constantly doing upgrades, the property is well kept and maintained. It’s pet friendly and conveniently located. I lived there for 3 1/2 yrs never had any issues, neighbors were friendly. Property Manager is on call 24/7.

this place is a joke. run by an unprofessional manager. wanted to see the inside of an apartment today. with most places you set up a showing and give them a few bits of information...you know to see if it fits your budget. then if you like the place, then you fill out an application. You don't fill out an application before you see the place. this unprofessional manager had me fill out an application with name, d.o.b, social, address, income and also wanted to know income of the people who would be living with me. wanted to know there names, income, where they worked...keep in mind I still haven't even seen the apartment. I told the manager I just want to see the apartment...I have no clue if I'm going to like it. and what did this guy do took all the papers and ripped them in half. thi
