We're so grateful for our experience with HomeSmart Evergreen Realty! A special shoutout to Mr. Bong Lee, who was the showing agent for the home we'll now be renting. Even though he represented the property, he was incredibly communicative, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood each step, answered every question promptly, and genuinely made the experience feel seamless. It's not always easy navigating a rental process, but he went out of his way to make everything smooth and straightforward. We really appreciated his professionalism and would absolutely recommend him.

I called one of their employees Laura Chang, even texted multiple times about a property for rent. I was not consulted with as soon as she found out I had a service animal which she told me were allowed on the property. I had reached out again and again to see if I could get a tour of the property and not once was I given a reply. I felt highly disrespected and discriminated against. do not waste your time calling/texting to these people. And because of that I lost out on a home I thought was great so thank you Laura Chang.

Cindy Vu was phenomenal in every step. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering her. Her attention to detail and customer service was impressive. Thank you Cindy for helping us the way you did. It was a pleasure working with you.

Professional, effective, compassionate and fair. Curtis helped us get the house we needed and stay within our budget. He is unlike other agents who look out for themselves. Curtis and his team looked out for our family and our sanity during the whole process and then some!

So far we have been very happy and pleased. Our Realtor Enedina Duran was Awesome. Great communication with us and always followed thru. So kind and really listens and she cares. Enedina always returned our calls within a hour or so. Thank you so much
