I had a fantastic experience with Homes by Keystone. The team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Everything from design to construction was seamless, and the final product truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable high-quality modular home!

I was very impressed by the quality of their homes, construction and people. After viewing sever other similar companies, I have come back to edit my review. At first glance prices look great.. until you realize they don't include important things like HVAC, grading, etc. When you put the price on a "turn key" project, the price goes FAR BEYOND the price they lead with. To me, this is very deceptive especially when similar companies have these items included. If you are able to compare and "apples to apples" project, you will find this company to be much more expensive while the materials/quality are of the same caliber. I liked the people and the craftsmanship, but I can't do that kind of price.

They don't stand behind their warranties. The roof is falling apart after 14 years on a 35 year shingle. I called they said sue us. Originally they used a shingle that fell apart. Now it's my problem. They use cheap materials.

Can't share info. They don't have an area to visit models. The person we needed to talk to was on vacation (don't blame him). Was able to look at the factory floor.

Have only had communications and design discussions and they have been very helpful. Have not visited showroom yet.
