If I could I would not give any stars , my boyfriend and I were tenants for 4 yrs in downtown waynesboro the last 3 years were hell because of a drunken neighbor constantly having music blaring at all hours of the night and yelling and screaming up and down the hallway and wanting to start fights with people. We had to install a camera on our behalf after we notified them and gave police reports and video evidence and only after we moved did they take action might I add we have never ever been late and had any issues up to. This point, I would highly avoid renting from them our issues could have been resolved had they the property management taken action against him sooner. Good luck to the next people who move into our old place.

Pay this company 60 dollars for a place. Was having work done on my home. Live in my house for 25 years. I haven t rent in years. They want double security deposit to move in a place. Have good credit. Need a place for about year. I said no way. Don't give your money to this place.

Joanna from Waynesboro is the worst, this company treats people terrible and the manager's exact words were "we work for the owners, not the tennant", save your money!! My daughter went with KJs and they were wonderful!!!

Do not ever try to attempt to use Antietam realty unless you want to give them access to destroy your credit score before you even get a chance to see if their sub-par properties are even decent enough for you to sustain residency in I'd love to know why this company thinks they are so entitled to reserve the right to hurt people's credit scores just to do a hard credit check before I even see if your properties are decent enough that I would pay for them? The info online is not anywhere near decent enough to make even half of a purchase decision. But I have to let you impact my credit score before we can even see if we are a good fit for each other? Absolutely not. Do not use Antietam unless you want to get screwed before you even start actually doing business with them.

Words of advice...DONT DO IT! I wish I had checked reviews before dealing with this company. You have to pay $60 per adult supposedly for a background check.. Until that process is completed, you can't even look at a place. We got denied for the first apartment, only to be told that now we would not be able to check any other rentals. Thinking it doesn't cost $120 to get the reports and do absolutely nothing else for you.. Then they refuse to return any of the money. Easy money for them, sucks for the customer. Takes a lot of nerve to treat people this way. Please, as they say, BUYER (RENTER) BEWARE.
