After looking around for months at different construction companies we accidently stumbled upon Corey's Construction and boy are we glad that we did. Working with everyone there was amazing. They were always willing to help with any and all questions we had. This was our 1st experience with building a house. They made the process so much easier. Corey was around every step of the way from tearing down our old house to doing the final walk through with us. He was always there when we needed anything. When there was an issue, they were on it right away to get it corrected. It is great they were only a phone call away. We highly recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed.

Compared to the cost of a builder in the DC metro area, Corey’s modular construction made our house for a fraction of the cost of traditional construction. The craftsmanship is great. Every door shuts perfectly. It is very well sealed and insulated so it runs efficiently. You can work directly with Corey who truly cares about providing the best service and products for your home. Highly recommended!

We have been in our home for a little over 6 months and are absolutely in love with our forever home. From start to finish Corey has been super to work with. Amanda was fun to design with and my home is just as I imagined it would be. Cozy, functional, and super easy to clean. They will work to make your dream home a reality.

Corey’s Construction has been amazing to work with from the very beginning until the end. Corey himself communicates with you via text, phone and in person. I cannot tell you how many times he was actually at our house to check on things and to do our final walk through. The team he has is one of a kind. We all know building a house and going through the process can be quite overwhelming but they made it seem alot easier than I was thinking it would be. If you are planning on building a home I highly suggest going with Corey's.
