So I had the home sale from hell. I don’t believe anyone was completely ready or paying attention. What I can say though, is this settlement company pulled through. I understand What their job is, but Kelly went above and beyond her job description in my opinion. Kelly refused to take no for an answer when other people made mistakes. She was on top of everything I brought to her attention and was working on it within minutes after being told of an issue. Kelly was completely transparent about everything happening and did not hesitate to tell me what the issue was and how it was going to be fixed. Throughout the entire thing, I had no questions I could ask because Kelly was already on it. It’s very easy to point out someone’s fault and say “we will just have to wait” but that never happened

From the beginning to the end of the process was painless. Dawn and her team made our settlement a breeze.
