This company seems to be concerned with pettiness. Deal with people parking all over the street to the point you have to turn around go the other way in order to get to your home. It also seems to be ok for residents and others who DO NOT live here to bring their animals in your yard to relieve themselves. It's absolutely ridiculous. One of the neighbors is stopping by with a petition to put the HOA. They don't even keep the lawn care up. But yet they want to ride around and complain and find people who are keeping things clean and nice. It's sad.. Maybe deal with the motor bike that isn't street legal to tear through the neighborhood. Maybe we should all do inspections on their homes I'm sure we can find some violation.

Property management is tough, it's your job to be the bad guy. I live in Parkside Estates/ Village. They do not hold the lawn care Company accountable for not cutting homes. I sent an email to Homelink and the lawn care Co on April 22 and sent them a video of where their weedeater broke my siding and was told that someone would be out here to fix it. No one has even come to look at it. My grass was mowed once in May but I still continue to have to pay my full HOA FEES. Someone needs to hold them accountable. All the neighbors complain about their yards not getting mowed. Since I wrote the review they have fix my siding and they have change the employees that are working in our subdivision and they seem to be doing a lot better. They are working on Making the lawn care company accountable for if they miss things or if they damage things. Thanks to Ian
