As sellers, our experience with this title company was beyond frustrating. They made multiple mistakes during the transaction that caused delays and confusion, and instead of helping resolve issues, their team was dismissive and shockingly rude. Selling a home is already stressful, and rather than easing the process, this company made it far worse. Their lack of professionalism and accountability created unnecessary headaches for everyone involved. I would never recommend this title company to any seller (or buyer). Accuracy, clear communication, and basic respect are the bare minimum you should expect in a real estate transaction—and unfortunately, this company failed on all counts.

This was my first time closing on a home, and I would not recommend HomeServices Title Company. The experience was incredibly disorganized and stressful. Communication was nearly nonexistent until the day before closing — no clear instructions were provided, and I was left unsure of what to expect. On closing day, no one seemed to know whether the buyer or seller was supposed to sign first. To make matters worse, my realtor and the listing agent got into an unprofessional exchange right in front of me, creating a tense and uncomfortable environment.
