Don’t not rent from these people no matter what you do. They will keep your deposit not return calls, or even communicate on the matter, save yourself some time, and money and rent elsewhere.

I rented a small house in Baytown through Home Run Management and stayed there for nearly 3 years, always paying my rent on time and in full. The house was definitely old and not in good condition, but the landlords -- Sue Revils and Joe Woodcox -- responded to my maintenance requests (problems with the plumbing, hot water heater, roof issues) in a reasonably timely manner. The big trouble started when I informed them of my intention to vacate the premises and requested my $850 security deposit be returned to me within 30 days as required by state and local law. It's been six months since I moved out and they still have not returned my security deposit. In fact, they provided absolutely no explanation or communication regarding the return of my deposit, nor did they respond to my phone ca

They will steal your security deposit. They stole mine without justification or explanation. I won my case in small claims court but they still refuse to pay. Do not rent from these people. Because the company is an LLC with no assets there is no way for me to collect. Sue Revils and Joe Woodcox should not be trusted.
