The first agent we had to deal with was horrible.They rented the home with washer and dryer, and when the dryer burned up on the first use, they would not replace it. Rob was attentive to all repairs that needed to be completed. Overall, I was satisfied living in the rental house managed by HFR until it came time to get our deposit back. On the inspection day he told me we would get the entire deposit back. We moved out 10 days early and HFR and the owner gladly accepted the rent for those 10 days about a $500.00 value. They had control of the home for all the improvements that Rob told me he planned to do. For example, adding a microwave, painting the front door, adding fans to the bathrooms. We rented from Home Finder Realty for 5 years. They were absolutely amazing! Whenever we had an issue (which was not very often) they responded immediately. They found us great renters that stayed longer than the original lease term and the renters took great care of our house which means that they were properly investigated. We did get a stinker which they took care of very professionally and we were not inconvenienced. We would use them again for sure.
