Sea Oats Apartments

I’ve had a really good experience with Sea Oats Apartments, mostly because of Levi and the manager, Hope. Levi was easy to work with, responsive, and actually took the time to answer questions without making things feel rushed. He was helpful throughout the whole process and made things a lot less stressful. Hope does a great job managing the property. She’s organized, communicates clearly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about how the place is run and how residents are treated. Anytime something came up, it was handled professionally and respectfully. Overall, the management team at Sea Oats Apartments makes a big difference, and I’d definitely recommend the complex because of them

A few things I wish I knew before moving in and applying: - the rent seems low for the first year because they give you a discount but after the first year your rent will multiple hundred dollars. They also kept raising my rent because they claim that the market is high. The truth is that there are a lot of recently built apartment complexes with exactly the same price than SeaOats. - they charge you a cleaning fee when you move out which is over $200. So yes the moving cost is low but when you move out you have to pay. - the condition of the apartment is OK. If you really have to live here I think one year is not bad but my apartment had a mold issue and the AC is not powerful enough to actually cool down the apartment so it was moist all the time. Hope & Levi are phenomenal! This property is a hidden gem - in walking and biking distance to the beach, but quietly tucked away! The office is always there to help, and hosts fun events for residents too! You won’t regret moving to Sea Oats 🫶🏻

LOVE Sea Oats Apartments! The community is well kept, the location is amazing, and everything feels welcoming from the moment you arrive. Levi especially, you can tell the team truly cares about the residents and the property. Highly recommend Sea Oats to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Levi made the experience that much more enjoyable! I love the amenities, and that it’s pet friendly for my cat!! But seriously, he was amazing at explaining everything to me. I asked specifically for his name because he was so helpful!
