Nice community & units. Convenient to Beaches Town Center and the Beach! The Property Manager Mike is very professional and friendly! If you’re looking to rent in Atlantic Beach, definitely check it out.
I witnessed an occurrence of a beautiful act of kindness from our property manager, Mike. A resident’s dog got away from him and started running towards Atlantic. Mike sees the dog from afar and with no hesitation ran to the front into Atlantic Blvd to stop traffic and get the pup! Work clothes with the loafers and all. I felt the need to share this experience as it’s not often you see management actually care! Well done, Mike. Well done!
Mike Handres provided an excellent tour of the property and exceeded all of my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the time and detail he put into showing the community—highly recommend Seaside Apartments!
Mike the property manager is the absolute BEST I’ve ever experienced. He’s got such a warm and welcoming personality, he definitely makes it feel like home around here. He made the move in process so pleasant, quick, and easy. When I had a work order he was very quick at making sure it was addressed and fixed. He and the maintenance man are the best duo. I plan to stay here for years to come.
I just signed our 5th lease here and I have to say this is a very quite place to live. Mike is a great manager and he's helped us out so many times, always there when you need him💛 If something happens in the apartment maintenance is there quick to fox the problem. They love animals here and they do not discriminate🐾
