I was the mortgage broker for a first-time home buyer and got to work with Kathie McGuiness and Sam Parsons. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. Both are very bright and very knowledgeable about purchase and sale transactions as well as well connected to make certain that the buyer and seller were well represented. Kathie was particularly helpful when an unexpected item came up on the home inspection, and made certain that the correction was fair for everyone involved. Sam jumped in with alternative contacts for my processor and I when the property management company became unresponsive halfway through the transaction.
