This is by far the greatest house for family or group gatherings / vacation! This quintessential Victorian has a big, beautiful 4 sided wrap around porch with lots of room and spots for gathering. The house is spacious and beautifully thought out for larger groups, and the location can't be beat. You can park your car off street, leave it there for the week and walk, bike, or shuttle anywhere on the Island. Steps to the beach from the house, Life Guard headquarters at the top if the street, plenty of water safety. Supermarket on the corner, shops and restaurants all within walking. Can't beat this house for a great vacation!!

Lovely Historic Victorian Home only a few minutes walk to the beach. A great homey place to rent for a family reunion. Plenty to do when you want to step off the beach for awhile. Holly Haven has lovely gardens and a delightful wraparound porch to spend evenings relaxing and listening to the pounding of the surf.

A perfect family reunion home for large families with kids and grandparents. I highly recommend this beautifully renovated Victorian that offers off-street parking and walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants.
