Have used BH for 2 years. They have been easy to work with and rent from at LBI. We were disappointed this year to learn that garage clean up was not included. Our ocean front house garage had other people's debris, including things in the garage refrigerator. This year, because of Covid 19, time was taken from the rental to allow for extra cleanup. Obviously not in this house. Also, the cooktop stopped working on Tuesday nite of our rental. A new part was needed, and it was not fixed during our stay. No contact from BH, no "I'm sorry", no compensation. Disappointed.
