Allen Gonzalez represented the people buying our home. He falsely represented his clients and there ability to get a mortgage who then pulled out of the deal 3 weeks before closing, when they apparently could not, impacting our family and our next home purchase. When he realized this he disconnected and ignored all questions and calls from our agent. He is dishonest and not trustworthy and should be used at your own risk.

Marilyn was an excellent realtor, she helped my family and I find an awesome week rental on the island. She was attentive and very kind during the whole process. Checked up on our stay after move in and offered assistance if needed. Definitely will be using her services again next year !! Thank you for your awesome help!

Used them for my rental and the home owner refuses to return my deposit. The things they listed for "special cleaning" were so unbelievable that im still besides myself. Since i have no way of contacting the owner directly (these guys are their protectors) i have to go through the real estate agent who could care less about us getting completely screwed here. I am starting the pain in the neck process of filing small claims court action, but man oh man its frustrating. Thanks for nothing Diane Turton realtors.
