I had the pleasure of working with Eileen Hessel from Coastal Living and she helped me and my family with a vacation rental this summer. They was extremely responsive and the rental was exactly what we were looking for! I will absolutely be recommend her to my friends family and clients and will be using her in the future!

My family and I have been traveling to LBI for summer vacations since 2020, and we will never rent a home represented by Coastal Living Real Estate Group again. We were previously renting directly from an owner for a few years, and when the home was sold, we were required to work with Eileen Hessel from Coastal Living if we wanted to continue renting the same home. Eileen is unprofessional in the manner in which she communicates with renters. Her tone is brash and she is unapologetic about it. The first time we rented through her, she accused us of staining a comforter and staying at the home for four hours after the check out time (both demonstrably incorrect). We had a very favorable experience with Bonnie and her staff. Her stock of homes to rent in LBI are beautiful, and our home was even more stunning in person than her impressive pictures. When we had a few issues comes up during our stay, Bonnie was responsive and professional. We hope to have the chance to rent with them again in the future.
