Holiday Manor East Apartments

I moved out end of July and they are still charging me rent!! I got a email that said February rent is due! And it shows I am 5,000 behind!! I requested to vacate and the landlord crystal and I texted back and fourth. 0 stars would not recommend renting from these scammers!!! When I did live there they steady had water issues and sewage backed up into the pool! They did not take care of it as it sat in the pool for months and stunk up the entire complex! My neighbor's apartment had water coming thru the ceiling and they did nothing to take care of the issue.

Holiday Manor East is a horrible place to live. The managers on site Bill and Jody are the worst. My fiancée and I have a 5 yr. Old son and we complained for 2 years about our air conditioner, it was making us sick so after complaining to corporate Bill put a new one in and shortly after we had gotten an eviction notice. I honestly recommend to people do not rent from them!

Took $75 in application fees away from me and never called me back to say if I got approved or not . Have called and emailed , no response , it’s been a month. Do not rent here . Bad experience and was already making an exception for apartment smelling like cigarette smoke . Very unprofessional

I highly recommend not living here. The on site managers Bill & Jodi are the only reasons I stayed because their hospitality was amazing. The owners are absolutely horrible people. They don’t fix any issues only bandaid them. I am a single mother and they tried to sue me every way possible because I couldn’t afford it anymore and moved out. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I went to see an apartment nothing special, they were working on it.Asked the guy if they have bug problems he casually says yes they have bed bug problems, roaches he says people bring them in but pest controll comes out.He said it's anywhere you go no I have lived in places with no bugs clean places based on that I would not move here.
