The problem with the meadows isn't the residents it's having management and having a property manager who cares. When the maintenance staff and management left in 2021 it went down hill from there. You have to have staff members that care about the residents and property. People shouldn't be waiting years for work orders. Get new owners and management

0 outta 10 wouldn’t recommend they give out random, the apartments are okay it’s just the leasing office they bill you extra rent and when you ask them about it they never know why, they also don’t fix anything around the complex been waiting on repairs for almost 2 years
