The Cove on Thirteen Apartments

They care about the wrong things and can’t accommodate you! Pay rent on-time and they still poor trash and no communication skills! Don’t know how to talk to people! If verbally didn’t help me then what makes you think an email would!!! Everyone needs to be aware of this dump of an apartment! You can’t get any updates unless you pay extra! All the other apartments give updates with no problem! EVERYTHING IS ABOUT MONEY WITH THE MANAGEMENT!!

The representative for this building is unprofessional and rude, I had an appointment for a unit and nobody showed and nobody bothered to call me and let me know that nobody is going to show up. Very uncaring

This place is terrible. The new management worries about people you have inside of your own home that you pay rent. instead of fixing things n my apartment so I can stop living n a dump. My floor inside my bathroom is uneven. My tub fills as I shower so I can’t shower without standing n a puddle of dirty water. My sink n the bathroom leaks and I have to keep a bowl or a cup underneath to catch the water. I moved inside this apartment with no knobs on my kitchen cabinets. My vents inside my apartment leaks out yellow liquid out each vent Thur out my apartment when I have the heat ac on which might be messing with my breathing Iand lungs .The new apartment manager is big headed and think he’s sombody I guess because he works at apartment complex and just likes talking over people . And all I

A week ago they were told about the hallway of this building. Broken railing, heat vent ripped off wall, and broken glass everywhere. Heat/air doesnt work properly. Multiple visits to the office gets you nowhere! They don't care!!! DO NOT RENT from these slumlords!!! I'll be dealing with this legally tomorrow. Update: I just saw Utica Square Apartments response to my review so I've added a few photos of the hallway and stairs up to my apartment so you can see how much they really care about the condition of their property or their tenants. Worst living conditions in my life!!!

The staff is so friendly! They are extremely knowledgeable about the property and have been able to walk me through the application process as well as the move in process. I absolutely love my new apartment!! The upgraded units are both affordable and extremely spacious! Highly recommended!
